Designed to mix and disperse in a single operation, the patented Ystral Dispermix head works according to the principle of a rotator-stator system and 100% homogeneous mixing and simultaneous dispersion - no tank baffles are required. The unit offers extremely short processing times, high rationalization potential, and fast deagglomeration with no additional disperser required.
Typical applications include but are not limited to suspensions, thicker solutions, dilution of SLES, sauces, concentrate for drinks, premix for ice cream, and wax emulsions.
